After the FactoryTalk AssetCentre Calibration Management client is installed, the
FactoryTalk AssetCentre Process Device Configuration client installation begins. This
installs the client component of the Process Device Configuration capabiltiy and the Field
Edition software.

1. On the Install FactoryTalk AssetCentre Process Device Configuration Client window,

click Next.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the FactoryTalk AssetCentre Process

Device Configuration client.

The installation software will initiate several component installations again in sequence
beginning with the FactoryTalk Services Platform. You can cancel the installation for all
components that you have already installed. The list below provides a step-by-step
sequence to cancel all installs that have been completed to this point. What you see may
vary depending on your particular system.

1. Click Start on the Install FactoryTalk AssetCentre Client window.

2. Click Finish on the FactoryTalk Services Platform Patch Installation window if it

opens.

3. Depending on your FactoryTalk Directory setting, you may see the stop sign window
