Изменение времени до появления экрана блокировки при выключении экрана
В случае, если на вашем ПК или ноутбуке автоматически выключается экран после определённого периода бездействия, то по прошествии минуты, если снова «активировать» компьютер, вы попадёте на экран блокировки. При желании вы можете изменить этот период времени.
- Запустите редактор реестра: нажмите клавиши Win+R на клавиатуре, либо нажмите правой кнопкой мыши по кнопке «Пуск» и выберите пункт «Выполнить», введите regedit и нажмите Enter
- В редакторе реестра перейдите к разделу
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\7516b95f-f776-4464-8c53-06167f40cc99\8EC4B3A5-6868-48c2-BE75-4F3044BE88A7
- В правой панели редактора реестра дважды нажмите по параметру Attributes и установите значение 2 для него, примените настройки.
Как правило, перезагрузка не требуется и появляется возможность настройки времени до необходимости повторного входа в Windows 11/10 после выключения экрана:
- Откройте параметры электропитания (Win+R — powercfg.cpl).
- Нажмите по пункту «Настройка схемы электропитания» справа от активного профиля.
- Нажмите «Изменить дополнительные параметры питания».
- Перейдите в раздел «Экран» и настройте пункт «Время ожидания до отключения экрана блокировки» (перевод сомнительный, но имеется в виду, время до включения экрана блокировки после отключения дисплея), примените настройки.
Добавление сообщения на экран блокировки
При желании вы можете добавить собственное сообщение на экран блокировки Windows:
- В редакторе реестра перейдите к разделу реестра
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
- Нажмите правой кнопкой мыши в пустом месте правой панели редактора реестра и создайте новый строковый параметр с именем legalnoticecaption (при условии, что он отсутствует). Тем же способом создайте параметр legalnoticetext
- Дважды нажмите по каждому из параметров для изменения их значения: в первом вводится заголовок сообщения, во втором — его текст. Примените изменения.
Для того, чтобы это изменение начало работать, потребуется перезагрузка компьютера. Результат выглядит следующим образом, это сообщение появляется при каждом включении или перезагрузке:
Отключение возможности переключения пользователей
При наличии нескольких учётных записей пользователей на компьютере вы можете переключаться между ними с экрана блокировки. Эту возможность можно отключить:
- В редакторе реестра перейдите к разделу
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
- Нажмите правой кнопкой мыши в правой панели редактора реестра и создайте новый параметр DWORD32 с именем HideFastUserSwitching
- Установите значение 1 для него и сохраните настройки.
- Перезагрузите компьютер.
Результат действия: будет отключена функция быстрого переключения пользователей и для того, чтобы зайти в другую учётную запись потребуется сначала зайти в учётную запись, куда ранее был осуществлён вход и выйти из неё.
Скрытие кнопки питания
Кнопка питания, изображенная на экране блокировки, позволяет не только выключить или перезагрузить компьютер, что само по себе может быть нежелательным, если в какой-либо учётной записи ведётся работа, но и зайти в среду восстановления Windows (откуда при определённых условиях возможно выполнить действия в том числе и ведущие к сбросу пароля).
Кнопку питания также можно убрать с экран блокировки:
- В редакторе реестра перейдите к разделу
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
- Дважды нажмите мышью по параметру с именем shutdwonwithoutlogon и измените его значение на 0, примените настройки.
Перезагрузка не требуется, кнопка питания сразу перестанет отображаться на экране блокировки (точнее — экране входа в систему):

Когда вы включаете компьютер с Windows 10, после короткой анимации вы видите экран входа в систему. Фоновое изображение по умолчанию «Windows 10 Hero» — синие лучи света, из логотипа Windows.
Конечно вы можете настроить экран входа в систему в приложении Параметры, в вашем распоряжении всего два варианта:
- Использовать изображение, которое установлено на экране блокировки.
- Использовать сплошной фон.
Оба способа можно легко настроить на странице Персонализации.
- Нажмите сочетание клавиш Win + I или кликните на значок шестеренки в меню «Пуск» открыв Параметры Windows.
- В параметрах перейдите «Персонализация» → «Экран блокировки».
- Прокрутите страницу в низ, до переключателя под надписью «Показывать на экране входа фоновый рисунок экрана блокировки».
- Передвиньте ползунок переключателя в положение «Откл.» это отключит фоновое изображение, и на экране входа в Windows 10 будет показан сплошной цвет.
Цвет для сплошного фона экрана входа в систему вы можете выбрать на странице «Параметры» → «Персонализация» → «Цвета».

Существует возможность включить сплошной фон для экрана входа в систему, с помощью простой настройкой реестра.
Чтобы Отключить показ изображения экрана входа в Windows 10 и вместо него использовать сплошной фон, вам нужно сделать следующее:
- Откройте редактор реестра. (Если вы незнакомы с реестром см. как.)
- В редакторе реестра, перейдите в следующий раздел:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System
- В разделе System вам нужно изменить параметр с именем DisableLogonBackgroundImage.
Скорее всего у вас нет этого параметра, просто создайте его нажатием правой клавиши мыши на разделе System и выбрав в контекстном меню Создать → Параметр DWORD (32-бита).
- Переименуйте созданный параметр в DisableLogonBackgroundImage.
- Теперь дважды кликните на нем и установите его значение равным 1, как показано ниже.
- Может потребоваться перезагрузка Windows10 для того чтобы изменения вступили в силу.
Если вы все сделали правильно. Фоновое изображение экрана входа в систему будет отключено, и вы получите простой сплошной цвет, как в Windows 8.
Чтобы восстановить настройки по умолчанию для экрана входа в систему, вам нужно просто удалить параметр DisableLogonBackgroundImage и перезагрузить компьютер еще раз.

By default, Microsoft allows its users to change the Lock Screen, but on a multi-user PC, you can prevent users from changing the lock screen or start screen background image using the Registry and Group Policy Editor.
In this article, I’ll tell you how you can set a constant image for Lock Screen so that others cannot modify it.
NOTE: These settings will work only in Windows 11/10 Enterprise, Windows 11/10, and Windows Server Editions.
Using Registry Editor
1. Press the Windows Key + R simultaneously and put regedit in the Run dialog box.
2. Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization
3. In the right pane of this location, create a string named as LockScreenImage if it is not there. Now double-click on it, and put the location of your desired lock screen image as its Value data.
4. That’s it! Close the Registry Editor and reboot to get results.
Using Group Policy Editor
NOTE : This option for using group policy is only available in the Windows 11/10 Pro and Windows 11/10 Enterprise editions.
1. Press the Windows Key + R combination and put gpedit.msc in Run dialog box.
2. In the left pane navigate to:
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel -> Personalization
3. Now look in the right pane, you’ll got the policy named Force a specific default lock screen image as shown above.
4. Double-click on this policy to get the window shown below.
5. Now you can use the following settings:
- Allow Lock Screen Background Change = Disabled/Not configured (Default Setting)
- Disable Lock Screen Background Change = Enabled
If you choose Enabled, specify the image path without quotes in the box show in the window.
This setting allows you to force a specific default lock screen image by entering the path (location) of the image file. This setting lets you specify the default lock screen image shown when no user is signed in, and also sets the specified image as the default for all users (it replaces the inbox default image).
After making changes click Apply followed by OK.
Here you will also see Prevent changing lock screen image setting. Enable it.
This setting prevents users from changing the background image shown when the machine is locked. By default, users can change the background image shown when the machine is locked. If you enable this setting, the user will not be able to change their lock screen image, and they will instead see the default image
When Force a specific default lock screen image is used in conjunction with the Prevent changing lock screen image setting, you can always force the specified lock screen image to be shown.

Prevent users from changing Start Screen in Windows 8.1/8
In the same Group Policy path, you will see another setting Prevent changing Start Menu background. Enable this setting to prevent users from changing the Start Screen background in Windows 8.
This setting prevents users from changing the look of their start menu background, such as its color or accent. By default, users can change the look of their start menu background, such as its color or accent. If you enable this setting, the user will be assigned the default start menu background and colors and will not be allowed to change them.
To disable changing the Start Screen background, in the same Registry path as shown above, create a new D-WORD (32-bit) value. name it NoChangingStartMenuBackground and give it a value of 1.
Reboot to see the results.

How do you stop people from changing your Windows 11 desktop wallpaper?

Windows 10 comes with lock screen image that can be customized in control panel. Just like wallpaper, there is a centralized way to control the lock screen image which is using Group Policy. In a managed domain like corporate environment, they typically would want to show company-branded image or a disclaimer on the computer lock screen. In this post, we will show how to change the default lock screen image using GPO that applies for Windows 10 computers.
This example below will demonstrate how to change the default lock screen image in client PC running Windows 10 Enterprise or Education editions. Client PC is joined to the domain asaputra.com with domain controller installed in Windows Server 2012 R2 named asaputra-dc1. Image file used for lock screen is named LockscreenMBG.jpg and saved in a shared folder in the DC with UNC path \\asaputra-dc1\DomainShared\LockscreenMBG.jpg.
1. Ensure the image file is accessible
Make sure that the targeted users has at least read access on the folder sharing properties and able to see the image file.
2. Creating the Group Policy Object
In this example, a new policy object named “Global Branding” is created on the Group Policy Management Console.
The setting that we must apply is named “Force a specific default lock screen image” and it is located at Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Personalization. Double click the setting name to configure it.
3. Specify the lock screen image location
After set it to Enabled, type the network path where the image file resides.
4. Apply the GPO to Computer OU
Since the policy applies to computer, then we must link the GPO to the OU where the computer is resides.
5. Verify the result on client computer
When the policy is refreshed, you can try signing out or lock the computer to see the new lock screen image being applied.

Troubleshooting Tips
We can always force the GPO to update right away by using command gpupdate /force on command prompt. When this GPO is applied successfully it will create a registry value named LockScreenImage in HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization containing the image file path.
If the path and file name is correct and accessible, then lock screen image will be applied without problem. And that’s how to change the default lock screen image using GPO.

Windows 10 brought many changes, and one of these changes is the login screen. If you remember, Windows 8 and 8.1 used a solid color background for the login screen, and some users are quite used to it.

Steps to remove the logon screen background on PC
Solution 1 – Download registry file to disable Log On background image
This is pretty straightforward solution. Download this zip archive and extract it. Then just double click the Disable Logon Background Image on Windows 10.reg to add it to your registry and that’s it. There is also a .reg file available if you want to revert the changes.

Solution 2 – Change registry files yourself
This is a bit trickier solution, but if you don’t want to download any files, you’ll have to follow these steps. Don’t worry, it’s nothing too hard, but be careful because messing with Registry files can create some problems, so as long as you follow the instructions carefully you’ll be fine.
- Open Registry Editor by typing regedit in the Search field, or by pressing Windows key + R and typing regedit.
- Use the folder tree on the left to navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftWindowsSystem.
- On the right side of the Registry Editor, click the right mouse button, select New, then 32-bit DWORD value and set its name to DisableLogonBackgroundImage. Double click it, and set its value to 00000001.
- That’s it, now close the Registry Editor and restart your computer and you should have solid color instead of background image while logging in.
- If for some reason you want to revert these changes, you just need to find DisableLogonBackgroundImage located in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftWindowsSystem and set its value to 00000000 or just delete it.

Solution 3 – Use the Settings page
In the latest Windows 10 builds you can simply disable the logon screen background from your computer settings. We’ll list the instructions below:
- Click on “Windows Logo” key, type “Settings” and click on it
- Open the “Personalization” section
- In the left pane, click on Lock Screen
- In the right pane, turn off “Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen”
