Step 1: Open the Lotus Notes Desktop application.

Note: If you don’t want to connect to the Domino server just uncheck I want to connect to a Domino server option.
Step 4: In Additional Services Window one of the options must be checked to continue the process of configuration. After check one of the given options click on Next.
Step 5: In Setup Internet mail Window select POP or IMAP as per requirement and provide Incoming mail server name and click on Next.
Step 6: In Setup Internet mail Window provide the Account Name and the Password and click on Next.
Step 7: Give an Outgoing SMTP mail Server name and click on Next.
Step 8: Fill the E-mail address and Internet Domain name then click on Next.
Step 9: Open Lotus Notes email client in the local machine.
Step 10: Click on the Open option and select Contacts.
Step 11: Select the Advanced option.
Step 12: Double click on Outgoing Internet mail.
Step 13: Click on Edit Account.
Step 14: Fill the Login Name and the Password fields and click on save and close.
Step 15: Click on the Open option and select the Mail. All the NSF emails will appear in this section.

How to Download Lotus Notes from IBM Office Website?
Step 1 – First signup to IBM Official Website and get an IBM Unique ID.
Step 2 – Sign in to IBM Website (fill the IBM unique Id and password to sign in)

Step 7 – Now, you need to give “Outgoing Internet mail” and then Outgoing SMTP mail Server and Next to continue the process.
Step 8 – Next, provide the email address and next fill the internet domain, and then to continue the process click on Next.
Step 9 – Open the Lotus Notes application on your local machine.
Step 10 – Next click on Open and then click on the Contact option.
Step 11 – Click on an Advance option from the given features
Step 12 – Now double on SMTP Outgoing Internet mail
Step 13 – Now choose the Edit Account
Step 14 – Provide Basic information. Fill the account name, server name, login name, password, protocol, SSL, etc. and then save and close.
Step 15 – Select the open and then Mail. All the NSF emails will appear.

- Provide the Account Name and Password on Setup Internet Mail window again hit on Next.
- Now enter the Outgoing SMTP mail Server name and click on Next.
- After this enter your e-mail address and Internet domain and simply click to the Next button.
- After proceeding these steps open IBM Lotus Notes on your computer.
- Click on Open button and from the drop-down list choose the contacts option.
- Now from the right pane select the advanced option.
- On this window you will see an Outgoing Internet mail option double click on it.
- After this, click on Edit Account option and add your account details “Login Name and Password” and simply click on Save & close.
