Я так понимаю, что «Скайп для бизнеса» в Виндовс 10 встроен в пакет офисных программ, по этому с полным удалением спешить не стал, а просто убрал программу из автозагрузки.
Теперь компьютер загружается на порядок быстрее, и не нужно смотреть на всплывающие окна, с требованием установки недостающих пакетов.
