Consider the following scenario:

The computer is in an isolated network that does not have Internet access.

You try to use a Multiple Activation Key (MAK) to activate the system.
In this scenario, you receive one of the following error messages on the activation screen:
The confirmation ID you entered does not match the confirmation ID you received. Please retype your confirmation ID.
The product key you entered is not supported. Check the key and try again.

I previously shared the Windows Thin pc, if you have installed a Windows Thin pc but have not yet activated, you can do Windows Thin PC activation as follows:
1. Enter the key directly

(1) Download the certificate file click here to download

How unusual. I’ve never read anywhere that I needed a slic table to activate via kms. The Machine did originally come with a Linux OS so that might explain it. I’ll have a play and get back to you if I get stuck. Thank you so much

Actually you don’t need a complete SLIC table but you need a BIOS which is valid for OA 2.0.

I’ve recently gotten my hands on a CTL 2go ClassMate NL1 netbook (came with Windows XP Professional), but considering that CTL has released drivers for it on Windows 7 (see: ctl.helpserve.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/244/0/2go-convertible-classmate-nl1—drivers—software-link), and Windows Thin PC would be the perfect OS for the NL1’s netbook hardware, I thought I’d try getting Thin PC installed and activated on it.
Thin PC installed fine, but when I went to use Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.6 to activate it, I get the same error that andel was getting:
ERROR CODE: 0xC004F035 ERROR TEXT: The Software Licensing Service reported that the computer could not be activated with a Volume license product key. Volume-licensed systems require upgrading from a qualifying operating system. Please contact your system administrator or use a different type of key. WARNING: It will be impossible to activate via KMS due to OEM BIOS issues. <Product activation failed>

My BIOS information is:

My question is, is there any other way to get Thin PC activated on this computer, or is my only option resorting to a BIOS mod? To be honest, I’m quite a newb when it comes to this area, so I have no idea how to go about modifying the BIOS to conform to OA 2.0 nor do I have any idea how to flash said modified BIOS to the computer either. Any help is appreciated!

Do you still have the recovery media or something like that of the XP Pro that comes with it??

Sadly, I don’t. It does have the XP Professional Product Key on the back, but I didn’t get any recovery media (bought it used). To be honest, I’m not sure if it even originally came with recovery media, since it has no optical drive, although, I guess manufacturers could just include a recovery disk despite that and just tell you to deal with it (do manufacturers distribute USB sticks with such computers nowadays?). Also, before I formatted it to install Windows Thin PC, I saw no recovery partition, so it either never had one to begin with, or the previous owner removed it.

Microsoft Toolkit can activate Windows Thin PC.

For me MS Toolkit pseudo activates Embedded and ThinPC, it says its all activated and stuff however Windows restarts like every 10 min.

If I’m not mistaken it seems that KMSAuto Net 1.0.9.1 by Ratiborus can activate Windows Thin PC!

After a period of time after you install Windows Thin PC although it will still show the activation status and there is not a genuine black tips.
The solution: ClickHereDownload the relevant certificate file, copy the three certificate files to C: root directory, and then open the dos command line as an administrator, and then run the following command sequence can be activated.
