Why Choose the IPC360 Home App
Works great majority of the time. Occasionally will cut out and needs to be turned off and back on, but that’s a rare occurrence and who knows, it could be due to something unrelated. Good picture quality. We’ve had the cameras for over a year now and definitely don’t have any complaints. We only use it to check in on things occasionally however (see the dog laying around on the couch and hopefully staying out of trouble). We don’t use any of the save/storage or alert/alarm features.
Simple and works well, set up was quick and easy. Wanted to keep and eye on home while out of town. Figured things were quiet on my little corner of neighborhood. Amazing how much goes on during the day, nothing bad which is a relief. Have a collectable truck, surprised how many people stop to look at it. Tried some features like talking through camera while 60 miles away in another town. Other person could hear me though a little scratchy, but could hear them clearly. Lot of bang for the buck.
The new functions added to this app are excellent. Much easier to navigate around. I run 5 cameras and use them as real-time monitors. With the latest update, I am no longer able to use this as a real-time monitor without hitting the continue key every 5 minutes. Can this function be added back?
Newest update fixes 99% of user complaints. Love the arrow buttons to move camera instead of swiping. App now exits by tapping back twice. Setup was also VERY easy if you follow the directions. My camera NEVER loses connection. The developers deserve credit for their dedication to listening to complaints and addressing them.
Great Camera. The downside to it is the camera movement when it rains it just has its own mind with continuous movement. And the other problem is i want to download on my PC is there a way of doing this please advise on that.
Bye bye RING. This is 100 times faster, nearly instant. Easy to install. Works way better, pic quality is off the charts and only about 10% what I was paying monthly, seems like a win win here . Sadly, I sighed up with Ring in 2019. Happy to be gone in 2023!
OMG it is so easy to install and get started just tap tap and there you go. Clear picture day and night this thing is awesome thank you so much. The talking through it not so much. I can hear great but trying to talk talk to someone through it comes all choppy and you can’t understand anything. Can anyone help with that? And how can I get the view on my laptop??????

This software does not ask you for any camera information and states that the camera’s are offline, when in fact they are not. There is no settings button or anything and there were no prompts when installing in on Windows 10.

I have the same problem. I suspect the problem is that this software only lets you see recorded videos and not the live camera. I hope this is not the case as I want to login and view the live camera.

I had the same problem, but I got it working. Click on your camera’s name (even though it says offline) until you get a Yes/No question box. Click Yes. You should get a black screen, but you should also see the IP address under your camera name. Now, at the bottom, click on the play button. It will ask you for your security password.

I encountered a similar issue, but I managed to resolve it successfully. Follow these steps:
Click on your camera’s name, even if it appears offline. This action will prompt a Yes/No question box.
Click “Yes.” Although you may encounter a black screen, you should be able to view the IP address beneath your camera’s name.
Locate the play button at the bottom and click on it.
The system will request your security password. Enter it accordingly.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the problem and regain camera functionality. -
