В Microsoft решили проблему, удаленно откатив обновление.
Превью-обновление KB5037853 для Windows 11 вызвало проблемы в работе Панели задач, пишет Bleeping Computer. Изначально эти ошибки не упоминались в списке известных проблем обновления.
После установки патча Панель задач могла не отвечать на действия пользователя, глючит, исчезать и снова появляться. В логах операционной системы можно было найти разнообразные сообщения об ошибках.
В Microsoft признали наличие проблем, но не стали выпускать еще одно обновление, исправляющее их. Вместо этого корпорация удаленно откатила обновление KB5037853 с помощью системы Known Issue Rollback.
Процесс отката обновления может занимать до суток, пользователям, столкнувшимся с некорректной работой Панели задач, рекомендуется перезапустить систему.
После устранения проблем обновление будет перевыпущено. В Microsoft не сообщили, когда это произойдет.

Taskbar glitch
Hello Microsoft. I’m trying to help you by give some feedback about this new OS. I don’t know if I’m doing this right, it’s my first time posting here, but whatever.
Here’s a glitch in Windows 10 that i found today, even though I don’t know how to reproduce again:

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be «Exit» and «About GPU-Z…».
Maybe also «Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2» too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed — it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.

Майское обновление для Windows 11 под номером KB5037853 из строя панель задач у некоторых пользователей. Оно также отказывается устанавливаться на MacBook с ARM. Microsoft признала эти проблемы и уже решает их.
Интересно, что баг проявляется по-разному. У одних панель задач зависает или перестаёт реагировать на нажатия, тогда как у других с неё исчезают иконки приложений. Эта же ошибка мешает переключать Wi-Fi, Bluetooth и совершать другие быстрые действия. Сообщается, что в некоторых случаях помогает перезапуск explorer.exe в диспетчере задач.
Microsoft рекомендовала пока не устанавливать KB5037853. В ближайшее время компания обещает выпустить экстренный патч для исправления багов у тех, кто его уже загрузил. А пока вы можете самостоятельно удалить обновление из системы:
- Откройте «Настройки» и нажмите «Центр обновления Windows».

После установки ноябрьского патча безопасности для Windows 11 пользователи фирменной ОС Microsoft жалуются на странные баги с исчезновением значков с панели задач, отсутствием плавности при переключении между виртуальными рабочими столами. Некоторым и вовсе не удается инсталлировать обязательный апдейт из-за ошибки, возникновение которой сопровождается откатом ОС к исходному состоянию и бесконечными перезагрузками ПК.
Апдейт, от которого нельзя отказаться
Установка последнего обновления для Windows 11, имеющего статус обязательного, способна доставить пользователям и администраторам массу неудобств.
В частности, по информации профильного издания Windows Latest, применение патча от 14 ноября 2023 г. может обернуться некорректной работой панели задач, медленным переключением виртуальных рабочих столов, сопровождающихся визуальными багами. Кроме того, в процессе установки апдейта могут происходить ошибки, приводящие к бесконечной череде перезагрузок компьютера в произвольный момент процедуры.
Ситуацию усугубляет тот факт, что KB5032190 является обязательным накопительным обновлением, которое устраняет множество ошибок безопасности, поэтому искусственно блокировать его инсталляцию может быть не самым лучшим решением.
Исчезающие значки на панели задач
Согласно сообщениям на Reddit и в «Центре отзывов» (Feedback Hub), инсталляция апдейта KB5032190 может нарушать нормальную работу панели задач Windows 11.
Проблема заключается в либо в полном исчезновении пиктограмм приложений, расположенных на этом важнейшем элементе управления ОС корпорации Microsoft, либо некорректной обработке нажатий на иконки при попытке запуска приложений. Система запускает не ту программу, на иконку которой пользователь навел курсор мыши перед тем, как выполнить щелчок левой кнопкой мышь. Вместо этого осуществляется запуск приложения, пиктограмма которой следует непосредственно за нужной пользователю. Другими словами, если на панели задач расположены подряд значки OneNote, Word, то попытка запустить приложение для ведения заметок всегда приводит к запуску текстового процессора.
Некоторые из столкнувшихся со странной проблемой пользователей отмечают что, устранить ее не некоторое время позволяет перезапуск «Проводника» (File Explorer) через «Диспетчер задач» (Task Manager). Однако спустя примерно полчаса трудности с запуском приложений и исчезновением иконок программ возникают вновь, и «Проводник» приходится вновь принудительно закрывать.
Как отмечает Windows Latest, Microsoft известно о баге с отображением пиктограмм на панели задач. Более того, разработчики даже выпустили несколько предварительных билдов патчей, устраняющих эту неприятную особенность – проблема решена в инсайдерских сборках на канале Canary. Тем не менее сроки появления исправления в стабильной версии Windows 11 пока неизвестны.
Пользователи начали жаловаться на описанную выше проблему выходом необязательного крупного обновления функциональности Moment 4, релиз которого состоялся в сентябре 2023 г., и баг каким-то образом «перекочевал» в обязательное для всех обновление KB5032190.
Moment 4, к слову, открыл владельцам ПК под управлением Windows 11 доступ к новому умному ассистенту, который получил название Windows Copilot и сразу же начал доставлять пользователям дискомфорт. Обладатели конфигураций с несколькими мониторами при попытке запуска помощника могли сталкиваться с хаотичным перемещением иконок приложений и документов с экрана на экран.
Проблема с виртуальными рабочими столами
После установки обновления KB5032190 для Windows 11 некоторые пользователи отмечают появление неприятных особенностей в работе с виртуальными рабочими столами.
Так, анимация переключения между рабочими пространствами страдает от отсутствия плавности, а сами рабочие столы в отдельных случаях могу визуально искажаться. Столкнувшиеся с проблемой пользователи наблюдают возникновение разрывов изображения и некорректное отображение обоев рабочего стола.
Примечательно, что проблемы с отзывчивостью работы механизма виртуальных рабочих столов, как и исчезновение иконок с панели задач, были зафиксированы еще с выходом Moment 4. Теперь же они затрагивают пользователей всех версий Windows 11, в том числе и тех, кто Moment 4 не устанавливал – в связи с тем, что KB5032190 является обязательным апдейтом.
Бесконечные перезагрузки
Пожалуй, наиболее серьезная проблема, которую может вызывать патч KB50321190 –бесконечный цикл перезагрузки, в который попадает ОС в процессе установки апдейта.
В «Центре отзывов» размещено множество жалоб на то, что Windows автоматически и многократно перезапускается в произвольный момент процедуры инсталляции обновления, после чего происходит откат системы к исходному состоянию.
Проблема затрагивает различные версии Windows 11, в том числе редакции Enterprise и Pro. В отдельных случаях информация о провальной попытке установки патча даже не фиксируется в «Журнале обновлений» «Центра обновления Windows» и, таким образом, лишает пользователя ценной информации (к примеру, кодов ошибок), которая в противном случае могла бы помочь установить причину возникновения проблемы.

Many users have reported Windows 11 taskbar lagging, freezing, or not showing up. It’s confusing as the taskbar is the core part of the Windows 11 OS, and you would want it to work as expected on a single try. Let’s begin with the troubleshooting.
1. Restart the PC
Rebooting PC is the most common way to fix Windows 11 issues without diving into advanced solutions.
Since the Windows Taskbar isn’t working, you won’t be able to access the new start menu to restart Windows 11 PC. Instead, you can use Alt + F4 keys and restart the computer from the drop-down menu.
Upon reboot, check the Windows 11 taskbar. If it’s still not working, move to the next solution.
2. Disable Auto-Hide Taskbar
Microsoft allows you to auto-hide the taskbar when it’s not in use. If you have enabled the option, the taskbar won’t appear on your PC. So, here’s how you can turn it off.
Step 1: Click the Windows + I keys to open Settings.
Step 2: Select Personalization from the sidebar. Click on Taskbar.
Step 3: Expand the Taskbar behaviors menu and disable the checkmark beside ‘Automatically hide the taskbar’.
3. Restart Taskbar Services
Windows 11 taskbar is a part of Windows Explorer services in the OS. You can restart the service using the Task Manager and try using it again.
Step 1: Use Ctrl + Shift + Escape keys to open the Task Manager on Windows 11.
Step 2: Find Windows Explorer from the Processes menu. You can use the search bar at the top too.
Step 3: Right-click on Windows Explorer and select Restart.
Reboot the PC once again and the taskbar should start working now.
4. End Task for System Files
If Windows 11 taskbar is still not working, you need to end some of the system files on your PC. Here’s how.
Step 1: Press Ctrl + Shift + Escape keys to access the Task Manager on Windows 11.
Step 2: Go to the Details tab from the menu bar.
Step 3: Right-click on each service mentioned below and select End task for them.
- ShellExperienceHost.exe
- SearchIndexer.exe
- SearchHost.exe
- RuntimeBroker.exe
5. Change Taskbar Alignment
You can change the taskbar alignment to troubleshoot the problem.

Step 2: Expand the Taskbar behavior menu and change the alignment.
6. Show Taskbar Apps on Multiple Displays

Step 3: Now, enter the following commands and hit enter after each.
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
Windows 11 will execute these commands and repair damaged files on the computer. Close the Command menu and try to access the taskbar again.
8. Reinstall Graphics Drivers
Buggy graphics drivers may lead to issues like Windows 11 taskbar not working. You should reinstall graphics drivers from the Device Manager menu.
Step 1: Press Windows + R keys to open the Run menu. Type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.
Step 2: Expand the graphics card and right-click on it. Select Uninstall device.
Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions and restart your PC.
Windows will download relevant graphics drivers during the restart process.
9. Download Optional Updates
Microsoft recommends downloading optional updates whenever a core part of the operating system breaks. Here’s how to do it.
Step 1: Open Windows Settings and select Windows Update from the sidebar.
Step 2: Select Advanced options.
Step 3: Select Optional updates and install relevant updates from the following menu.

12. Update Windows OS
An outdated Windows 11 build might mess up the taskbar functionality on your computer. You need to update Windows 11 to the latest version and bring the taskbar back to life.
Use the Windows + I keys to open the Windows Settings menu. Go to the Windows Update menu and install the latest build on your computer.
13. Reinstall UWP
You can reinstall UWP (Universal Windows Program) using Windows PowerShell to fix the taskbar not working or crashing.
Step 1: Press the Windows key and search for Windows PowerShell. Hit Enter.
Step 2: Enter the following command. Press Enter.

14. Uninstall Windows Update
