Do you need to convert a binary file into Intel Hex format?
There are some tools around that do that but the smallest / simplest /easiest one I found is a 16 bit app that won’t run under Windows 10 (nor probably my Win 8 x64 laptop). It’s a pity because it looked pretty good. Simple, easy to use, and small in size.
I could probably run it in an emulator or a ‘virtual machine’; but running an 8086 emulator to run something I need for a Z80 emulator seems like a long build chain. It is unfortunate that Windows no longer supports 16 bit apps but there’s a simple way forward: make one. So here it is:

Подскажите пожалуйста, каким доступным софтом или утилитой можно конвертировать BIN файл в HEX чтобы получилась аналогичная как здесь структура HEX файла? |

Если просто Bin>Hex (без «шапки») — можно, например, программой программатора Тритон (сам программатор не нужен). |

Если просто Bin>Hex (без «шапки») — можно, например, программой программатора Тритон (сам программатор не нужен). Как конвертировать BIN в HEX я знаю, программ для этого у меня предостаточно, суть именно в структуре HEX файла, тритон такую структуру файла как в приведенной ссылке не выстраивает у него строка совсем другая. Собственно объясню для чего это нужно, есть девайс к нему есть прошивки в формате BIN, прошивальщик к девайсу понимает только HEX — НО принимает он только HEX файлы которые выстроенные в структуре аналогичной что я привел, если структура HEX файла другая прошивальщик пишет firmware corupt почему так происходит не знаю, тем более что при обратной конвертации любого HEX файла в том числе и того на который ругается прошивальщик обратно в BIN получаем оригинальный исходник. |

Можете проверить: этот файл ваш прошивальщик примет? Вложение: Test1.hex Нет не примет говорю сразу, по длине строки могу сказать что он аналогичный тритоновскому, а в hex файле что я привел формат типа HEX386 плюс HEX файл там разбит по банкам ячейкам. |

Автопрог просто при попытке импорта файла выдаёт, что «открываемый файл содержит ошибки, операция будет прервана».. |

А такой? Вложение: Test2.hex Длина строки в прицепе аналогичная но нет разбивки по банкам в заголовке, т.е. в оригинале как я понимаю выбрали тип микросхемы, загружали предположим бинарник, далее сохранили в hex который сохранял данные в аналогичной строке а также разнес требуемые данные по ячейкам микросхемы в заголовках Добавлено after 1 minute 21 second: Автопрог просто при попытке импорта файла выдаёт, что «открываемый файл содержит ошибки, операция будет прервана».. Да THEX редактор так пишет, там просто файл забит одними FFFF |

Convert any binary file to hex coded file (C structure)
Bin2Hex is a utility designed to convert any binary file into a hexadecimal representation formatted as a C structure. This application takes a binary file and outputs its content in a human-readable, structured format that can be easily integrated into C/C++ projects. The output includes the binary file’s name, length, and the converted data as an array of unsigned characters. This tool is particularly useful for embedding binary data directly into source code, such as firmware, images, or configuration files.
