Solution
Support for Azure Code Signing must be installed on all Windows operating systems.
You can activate your ESET product for Windows on ARM with the same subscription as you would a 64-bit or 32-bit version of your ESET product.
Unavailable features
Due to system incompatibility, the following product features are not available on Windows on ARM devices:
- Advanced Machine Learning (ESET small office and home products)
- Deep behavioral inspection (ESET small office and home products )
- Safe Banking & Browsing (ESET small office and home products )
- Secure Data (ESET HOME Security Premium, ESET Security Ultimate, ESET Small Business Security)
ESET Live Installer—supported operating system versions
The ESET Live Installer automatically detects your ARM device and installs an ARM version of your selected ESET product.
- Windows 11 on ARM
- Windows 10 21H2 on ARM
Offline installer—supported operating system versions
If you use the version-specific installer (available under Advanced download), select the ARM version (32-bit and 64-bit will not work).
Use the latest version of Windows 11 on ARM
Before you install your ESET small office or home product for Windows, we recommend updating your operating system to the latest version. You may receive an error message if you do not use the latest version.

Terrible customer service
Accidentally purchased two licenses within three days. Customer service was unwilling to reimburse one. Promises on extending license term were made but not kept. Will stay away from this company in the future.

Worst company, poor communication, rip off.
Trend Micro is the most awful company with the worst communication skills I have ever experienced. Be careful as they will continue charging you after you cancel your subscription then they are impossible to contact to rectify. Worst company, worst experience!

i HAVE HAD TREND MICRO COVERAGE FOR MANY YEARS WITHOUT A PROBLEM. tHE PROBLEM ISN’T TREND MICRO IT WAS THE PURCHASING OF THE PRODUCT. i WAS GIVEN TREND MICRO FOR A PROGRAM I DIDN’T HAVE. IT WAS A MISTAKE ON THEIR PART. I WAS TOLD NO REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY MADE THE MISTAKE. tHEN WE TRIED TO GET IT RIGHT. i JUST LOOKED AT MY RECENT CHARGE CARD AND I WAS CHARGED 2 TIMES FOR THE SAME THING. i AM EXHAUSTED TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE TO TALK TO ABOUT ALL THIS.

I have been using Trend Micro for quite a while now and I have never gotten a virus and it protects my email to, a lot of protection for your PC, I highly recommend this product and I heard that Fortune 500 companies use it to so what does this tell you about Trend Micro.

Works seamlessly in the background
I’ve been using Trend Micro for 15 years and it’s always performed exceptionally well. The only issue I have is it always takes two or three tries install it. I run into problems such as «it’s already installed» or the installer .exe is the wrong one. After installation it’s fine.
